Aerobics shmobics!!!

Woo hoo!!! Yipee!!! Yeeee haaa!!!!

Oh crap!!!, What have i gotten myself into! Haha, no i truly am excited... I have been offered an aerobics instructors job!!! Freaking out muchly but it really is something i have wanted to do for many many years. I have done all the training, well 2 years ago now, and i am a pro at doing classes but teaching them could be another thing. 

So i have just been bouncing around my living room in a maxi dress tucked into my undies on with no bra and joggers practicing my routine... Now if i can do this routine dressed like this surely i can do this routine dressed in my regular gym gear, right???

Food glorious food

I can't seem to just jump right back into things, food wise... 

Each day so far has been better than the previous day with more of the good stuff and less of the naughty stuff so that's a bonus... 

Today was all good, ate perfectly, worked my butt off doing a crossfit leg session, then it happened, ANOTHER birthday at work. Is it really necessary for us to celebrate every single persons birthday with cake? Is it really necessary for me to eat a slice every time we have cake at work? Well the answer to both of those questions is no but it happens any way. I don't even really like cake, it's way down low on my list of yummy foods, didn't stop me digging my fingers into it and licking them clean though.

I am desperately hoping that with this being my only slip up today that it means tomorrow will be perfect as 69.2kg really isn't my number and i don't want to own it!

First week

Yep really well, thanks for asking! ;-) 

The first week back at the gym has been awesome, well apart from having to step onto the scales and realise i am the biggest i have been since being pregnant, shhhhhh please don't tell anyone. 

Loving the classes and loving my personal trainer. 

The new goals are to complete a half marathon, the lose 11kg (11kg, 11kg, 11kg and that is just to bring me back to 60kg)

I'm certainly not lacking motivation at the moment but can i maintain this level, that is the question and that is where i struggle.

Joined the Gym

Hi there stranger!

Well we have moved house, settled in and are now ready for the next chapter and guess what, I JOINED THE GYM!!!!!!! WOO WOO!!!!

Genesis is my choice and so far so good. 

I went for the first time today and while R was perfect at the Creche B had a little bit of trouble and they ended up coming and getting me but this was after about 45 minutes so i was happy with that!

Looking forwards to more gym time and getting my fitness back!

Almost back

67.5kg is my number today. Almost back to my regular 67kg. 

Cracking that 67kg mark will be a great milestone for me simply because that will mean i am back on the down, or in other words i am back to where i was before i went on a frenzied couple of months long binge... So finally i am not feeling so much like this. ;-)

A week off...

So i took a week off. It was much needed. After all the stress of the last couple of weeks and finally having some answers and direction.

Well all i can say is yuck, i don't feel good when i eat crap, my tummy feels horrible and my mood just doesn't improve.

Lets see what i can pull out this week hey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
